How to Order & Submit Your Inclusions

At Milk Maid by Momma, I make it easy and respectful to preserve your most meaningful moments through custom keepsakes. Whether you're submitting breastmilk, DNA, or other cherished materials, the process is simple and secure.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Browse the collection and complete your purchase online. During checkout, you’ll be asked to select your preferred method for submitting your inclusions: Shipping, Local Pick-Up, or Local Delivery.

Step 2: Prepare Your Inclusions

Once your order is placed, you will receive a collection kit with everything you need to safely package your materials. I currently accept:

• Breastmilk (5–10 ml recommended)

• DNA Samples (1/2 tsp)

• Umbilical Cord Stump (completely dried)

• Hair (minimum 1 inch, tied or secured)

• Fabric/Clothing (small clean swatch, if used in design)

Each item should be properly labeled and packed using the supplies provided.

Step 3: Shipping, Pick-Up, or Delivery

• Mail-In Option: Your kit includes a prepaid return envelope for U.S. orders. Freeze breastmilk samples prior to mailing.

• Local Pick-Up or Delivery: If you selected local pick-up or delivery at checkout, I will reach out to you via the email address you provided to coordinate a convenient time and date.

All options are handled with the highest care and confidentiality to ensure your materials are received safely.

Step 4: Processing & Updates

Once I receive your inclusions, I’ll confirm receipt via email. Your order will then move into production, where I will begin the custom creation process. You’ll receive progress updates along the way, and I’ll notify you as soon as your keepsake is ready to be delivered, picked up, or shipped.
