1. Services

Milk Maid by Momma specializes in the preservation, analysis, and/or transformation of breastmilk and/or DNA-based materials. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Custom keepsakes made from breastmilk, DNA, hair, or other personal biological materials
   

• DNA preservation and analysis
   

• Breastmilk preservation and related artistry.
   

2. Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the samples (breastmilk, DNA, hair, etc.) you provide are:

• Properly collected, stored, and shipped following our provided guidelines.
   

• Free of contamination.
   

• Lawfully your own to provide.
   

  We are not responsible for degraded, contaminated, incorrectly stored, or insufficient samples. If samples arrive in a compromised condition, we will contact you to discuss your options.

3. Ownership of Materials

You retain ownership of your original biological material until it is incorporated into a product. By submitting materials to Milk Maid by Momma, you grant us permission to use, modify, or preserve them solely to fulfill your order. Unused materials will be disposed of securely after your order is complete unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Custom Nature of Products

Each item we produce is handmade and unique. Variations in color, texture, and overall appearance are normal and expected. No two items will be identical, even with the same materials.

5. Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 6-12 weeks from receipt of your complete and acceptable sample. Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of significant delays.
